Jeff Thomas of Visual Concepts appears on Gamespots On The Spot show and during his interview we actually get to watch someone playing the game.  They go through the player selections, team selections, the uniform editor, and pretty much everything that it takes to get your team on the field and ready for battle, then they show the game in action.  It looks pretty darn good, if you ask me.
