It's really simple to embed the videos into our forums here, but I wanted to give a quick step-by-step guide in how to do it.

1. go to your EASW video page and click on the "share" button on the lower right hand corner of the video..

2. After you click the "share" button, a window will pop up with the embed code in the bottom of it, copy that code

3. Take the code that you copied fromm the EASW site and paste it in the text box where you normally make your posts.

4. After you paste the code, you have to make sure that HTML is enabled in your post. The menu to select it is underneath the box where you type your post, underneath the attachments panel as shown below

5. Preview your post to make sure the vid shows up and if it does, you should be good to go.

I just tried to do it, and I actually dont have that post option drop down box. Is it a admin only thing maybe?

yep, just copy and paste. That box should've showed up. Let me open up Safari and sign into my test account with regular permissions.
