NBA Live is going to get an update really soon which will enable it to have 5-on-5 team play online. This was mentioned in the conference call with Peter Moore yesterday and they were supposed to announce it today officially. I don't quite know when the update will happen, though.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I think this feature might sell a few extra copies of NBA Live. It's one thing to screw around one-on-one, but to have 10 people playing at the same time sounds very fun.

I think FIFA allows for 11 on 11 this year

Could be fun as hell, tho' it certainly also could be a debacle. I think it would probably work best in a 3 on 3 setting where the AI takes a couple guys - I give kudos to EA for starting to ramp up on features

fifa soccer and pro evo both lag in a standard one v one game so I wish games would stop being so ambitious and concentrate on improving the stock code, not that I am cynical
